Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment and no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and the same cancellation fee will apply.

​BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Your Dream Hair does not accommodate walk-ins. Please ensure you book an appointment in advance.


NO CHILDREN
For safety reasons, the studio is not a suitable environment for small children. Therefore, children are not permitted in the studio.

 

DEPOSITS
The deposit made for a Free Consultation will be applied toward your treatment if you choose to proceed with a service or will be refunded if you decide not to continue. Deposits for all services are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

 

FOLLOW-UPS
It’s normal to experience mild discomfort after hair extension fitting. However, if your extensions are more than slightly uncomfortable, you can contact us within 14 days of your treatment to arrange an adjustment free of charge. Please note that full removal of all extensions is considered a separate treatment and will incur additional fees.


CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The foundation of your hair extensions' longevity and beautiful appearance lies in proper care. To ensure your extensions stay in optimal condition, it is your responsibility to follow the care instructions provided to you after your treatment and book your maintenance appointment as recommended by your technician or when you notice tangling at the roots. Your Dream Hair is not responsible for any adverse effects on hair resulting from failure to adhere to these responsibilities.

NO HAIR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To ensure client safety and maintain product integrity, applied hair extensions are considered contaminated and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

 

NO SERVICE REFUNDS
To ensure the best possible outcome, our extension specialists conduct thorough consultations, considering your features and preferences. If you require adjustments after your service is completed, this can be arranged as per the ‘Follow-Ups’ section above. However, services themselves are non-refundable.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
For your safety, comfort, and satisfaction, Your Dream Hair reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion when necessary. Our goal is to ensure that you have a positive experience at our studio and leave satisfied with our work. Please trust the judgment of our specialists.

 

DUTY TO INFORM
Successful service execution depends on your collaboration and disclosure of relevant information during pre-service consultations. Your Dream Hair is not responsible for any adverse reactions to services rendered if you fail to inform us of any relevant conditions.
